Three Oaks Manor is a private estate venue offering a limited number of intimate weddings each year. To ensure a thoughtful and well-supported experience for our couples, tours are offered by request only.

Private tours are hosted personally and offer the opportunity to:

    •    Walk the property and explore ceremony and reception spaces

    •    Ask detailed questions about layouts, flow, and guest experience

    •    Discuss which package best supports your wedding plans

Tours are intentionally limited to preserve the privacy of the property and our existing events.

Tour Request Process

    1.    Submit a Private Tour Request Form

    2.    Requests are reviewed within 48 hours

    3.    If we feel your vision aligns with our offerings and availability, we’ll reach out to schedule your tour

Submitting a tour request does not guarantee a tour.

Important Tour Policies

    •    Tours are offered by approval only

    •    Same-day or walk-in tours are not available

    •    Completing a tour request form is required prior to scheduling

    •    Tours are reserved for couples seriously considering Three Oaks Manor as their venue
